Shamil Mamedov
Hello and welcome to my website. I am Shamil, a PhD student at KU Leuven supervised by Jan Swevers. I am currently researching model-based methods to enable robots to manipulate deformable objects such as clothes, ropes, cables, and more in both industrial and home settings.
I have had the chance to work with and learn from some talented researchers at Innopolis University, including Anton Shiriaev and Ramil Khusainov on projects related underactuated robotics, and Alexander Klimchik on projects related to increasing accuracy in robot-based machining operations.
Through this website, I hope to share my experiences, thoughts, and insights with you. If you’re interested in learning more about my research or have any questions, feel free to reach out to me.
